Kirby House Berkshire Downs

Set in 2,000 acres, the Kirby Estate boasts the highest point of land in the Southeast and straddles the beautiful Berkshire Downs. The house sleeps up to 20 in ten newly reappointed bedrooms with a high ratio of bathrooms; many en-suite.

There are four receptions rooms plus the long dining room that can comfortably dine more than 20 and comes staffed with a full time housekeeper. The indoor swimming pool is heated all year round and the orchards and kitchen garden keep the house well stocked during the growing seasons.

Although situated off a single track country lane the house and grounds are really quite private and guests have the reign of not just the gardens but the extensive parkland with many private picnic and dining spots to chose from; with chefs who can cook over fire available upon request.
