There is plenty to entertain guests of Ford Cottage, with great pubs on the doorstep and country walks stretching for miles around.  Soho Farmhouse is just seven minutes away, Daylesford, Bicester and Blenheim all 15 minutes, and Oxford less than half an hour away.

Ford Cottage is reachable in just over an hour from central London. There is a regular direct line train service from London Paddington to Charlbury Railway Station, which is just seven miles from the house. There are also trains every 30 minutes from London Marylebone Station to Bicester Village, where taxis wait readily available for the 20 minute drive to Ford Cottage.

There is no fence between the garden and the river which unfortunately means that children under teh age of 8 are not able to visit Ford Cottage. Like all of our properties, there is a strict no smoking policy.
