There are numerous spaces for guests to explore, including five impressive reception rooms, a cinema room, and a children’s playroom. With 62 acres of grounds and gardens, there’s plenty of space for everyone to enjoy.

Surrounded by beautiful countryside and historic sites, this property is an excellent base for exploring Somerset and the local area. From golf to art galleries, churches, and cathedrals, there’s something for everyone. The 95-mile-long Jurassic coast is also close by, offering further day trips.
Guests can enjoy a range of activities on the estate, including croquet, walking, archery in the park, games room, trampoline, soccer, kayaks, cycling, fishing and much more. The house has two kayaks which guests can use for some gentle kayaking on the River Yeo which runs through the grounds.
Yeovil Golf Club is located right next door, offering golf enthusiasts a challenge. The Hollywood Bowl, a nearby bowling alley, arcade and movie theatre, provides fun for the whole family. The Nuffield Health Yeovil gym and pool are only a five-minute walk away and can be paid for on a daily membership basis.
The house is 75 minutes by car from both Bristol and Exeter Airports and 2 hours from London Heathrow. There is a helipad on the grounds of the house for those wishing to arrive by helicopter from London or it is just over 2 hours by train.
